It was Ajah Cha’s book Taste of Freedom was what sealed my path in doing meditation for mindfulness with my mentors who were my beloved cousins just after college and never looked back after that.. Though born Buddhist didn’t learn in school the real essence behind this cerebral philosophy, except just learning by memory like medicine poured down our throats! It wasn’t appealing and in fact believe I failed the subject for O/ Level even with my Grand Mother was the pillar of the temple! 😅

You know they say change is good but bad when some things stay the same. Good talk Mr. Cornfield I just a trained forensic peer specialist that also Buddhist.

periods of silence a mystical experience is a breakthrough experience which creates wholeness which is usually denied. when you have that, you want it to be permanent.

I read a book of him and I liked it, was good for inspirations. But today I saw two videos of him "meditation in progress" and I have to say that he is not really a good teacher of meditation.
