Thank you! I knew someone would post asap. I like being surprised like I am live at the “live” talk.

. I feel very fortunate I get to hear this man talk even though I wasn’t alive for most of his life. Thank you Jackie so much for sharing and uploading ❤. Life changing lectures.

I love the breadth of these recorded Q&A’s, we forget that these talks were sporadic when we have them all at our fingertips. The repetitive nature of the stories are comforting, and often are the stories I will tell when speaking of Ram Dass and the spiritual awakening I have fostered through teachings from he and his contemporaries.

I have to remind myself not a lot of people actually know Ram Dass. I listen to him often... he speaks to everyone on so many levels.

The moderator is off putting for me. I’m here to listen to Ram Dass.

I totally agree. But there's always someone that I sense needs to hear themselves talk. I believe each of us will understand what we need to understand what Ram Dass has to say. So lady please STOP!! Paz S

As suggested in another comment no intro or 2 min intro maximum would be best. This reason is why I rarely view this channel anymore, it's sad. I prefer to listen to the full 2 hours original lectures. And every time I listen to this channel I skip the intro, I'm sure most people do. Stop doing them or do them better and shorter. Thank you for sharing the teachings of ram dass. Namaste
@SL-ws6gg21 күн бұрын
Agreed. I’d share them much more frequently but the intros and advertisements mean anyone I sent them to will probably be turned off before Dass even begins. Have to wonder what he would think of his “friends” using his speeches to make themselves profit.

I mean no disrespect to the Moderators who introduce Ram Dass's talks. But I sincerely don't understand why they assume the content of his presentation(s) needs to be explained to the audience before we actually get to hear him?
@uhtredofbebbanburg50022 күн бұрын
Yeah I always skip it, I'm here for Ram Dass, I'm not interested in an introduction. If you're gonna introduce it would be best kept to 30 seconds or so.

I was feeling the same way about the long intros , but oh well let her talk or just skip through with the tap of a thumb , but be kind either way ❤😂

He is dead and all the world leaders he mentioned are dead. But everything in the reality is exactly the same in 2024. How could it be any different. He was a stand up comedian really, Maharaji would say go away Ram Das.

@SteveTheWinner many isn't all. I and a few people I know at work enjoy listening to Ram Dass among other speakers and prefer our conversations to occur naturally from the content itself, not a third party commentator. It's rather inconvenient to stop what I'm doing to skip through 10 minutes of intro.
@jessicadepot91812 ай бұрын
@UM9993 maybe they just need their own channels? There's nothing wrong with having thoughts on a speaker. But when I see a Ram Dass podcast, I'm skipping through the intro and will likely find another source to listen to in the future.

She is profiting off of RD… his message should be clean and accessible. These intros and marketing turn people off and away. It’s just sad.
