As a former dancer who loved and performed many different roles of The Nutcracker over many years, this fantastic video made me tear up a bit. I learned so much I didn't know! Thank you ❤

I remember as a kid The Nutcracker was the very first ballet I have ever seen and it is still one of my absolute favorite. The studio I dace at is trained in the Balanchine style of dance which is different from when I was younger dancing because I was trained in Royal. We open our Nutcracker in two weeks and Im in the party scene and Drosselmeyer understudy and the makeup artist for Mother Ginger.
