Jake One and Vitamin D are the Final Bosses when it comes to musicians from the town… 🙌🏾⬇️! I still trip on the fact Vita did the beat for Powers main theme. That beat is Hard as Phawk. And when I found out Jake Uno did 3 Kings for Rick Ross Dre and Jay that beat…correction that composition was like nothing I ever heard. Appreciate you and all the art you have given the world.

Thanks for another great breakdown Jake! On the thought about beats being slow toward the beginning of your tutorial, I think there has been an overall slowness of sample-based Hip Hop lately. We could use a better balance because there’s no more songs that make you wanna jump like House Of Pain or Pete Rocks The Creator.

The BPM is not what makes the music move. There are a plethora of songs that have a BPM lower than 80 that you think is faster but it's not. Them hi hats are everything

What Advice would you give Up and Coming Beat Makers try to be Producers? Me being 1. Because you not a producer if you don't see the Album al the way through! That's what I was told.
