Illari is such a cool character and really shows how passionate the developers are about the game and the stories they want to tell. THIS is what Overwatch is about, and it's part of what makes the game great. Its just such a shame that everything seems to be overpowered by the poor decisions that management has made over the years.

It's actually sick the efforts that went into the sounds and weapon of the charachter, always thought about how they came up with the sounds of the weapon charging up.

Love the details on the sound effects and her VA is so good ❤

When i found out illari was peruvian i got so excited. you see peruvian rep in NOTHING. seeing this beautiful character who is peruvian AND speaks Quechua is so heartwarming. My dad is indeginous and him and his family were fluent in the language, sadly it is burning out, but seeing it in this game makes me so grateful. Having someone who is peruvian and speaks Quechua to voice act Illari is amazing. More so, i love that illari skin tone is one of usually indigenous people! me and my dads side of the family are this exact skin color and im so happy to it! One thing that i feel could be changed about her design is her hair. While she has two braids, its hardly noticible,looks like just one braid. usually braids are shown in the front (given how stiff they are, they usually stay in place there) and i feel like i gives a better picture. ALSO PLEASE ADD PERUVIAN CLOTHING I WOULD BUY IT!!!!!!!!

It's cool that they did their research about the culture they based the hero on.

What a cool way to incorporate Peruvian instruments into the sound effects. I never would have guessed her ult sound effect was a pan flute being swung in a circle.

Seeing how passionate and dedicated the actual OW2 developers are about this game brings me so much joy and also makes me even more sad that they're tied to a company like ActiBlizz to make it. Wish they could go off and make this game on their own as an actual indie studio or something. With people like these folks on the dev team, you just know they'd actually be able to make this game amazing, without all that corporate interference.

She’s my fav character since Moira. Dps influenced supports are just so fun and her design is absolutely phenomenal, inspirational, and drew my attention so quickly. My heart swells with emotion when video games care so much about inclusion, accurate representation, and making love letters to the cultures and peoples that serve as the base for the characters. I am so happy that I get to live in a time where these themes of globalization and showcasing all of humanity are at the forefront of artist’s minds.

People complain about everything on the surface level wile not being able to appreciate all the complexities of detail in this game. I absolutely Loved the nod to the Flute on the Weapon- I’ll never look at the same, & this Voice actor choice was Perfecto. ♥️

They should do this with new voice actors for the game more often. Also I wish the the VO actors who don't know their character's language would actually take time to learn them: it's crazy how Rein doesn't have German voice lines and a bunch of Zarya's voice lines sound wrong because her actress is from Bulgaria

Now we need a Moroccan hero in the roster 🇲🇦. I am Moroccan and I can say that Moroccan culture is as fabulous as Peruvian culture. I know that we already have a African hero who is Ana but she’s Egyptian and Egypt is not an Arab country. I think that represents the arab community gonna be very cool and important for this magnificent game. If we cannot have a hero, can we at least have a map in Morocco not like Oasis but in the style of Suravasa a bit old but in the same time very glorious and oriental. I hope blizzard gonna see this comment I wrote it with my heart ❤
