It largely depends on what industry you want to enter and what your idea is. Have you discovered a gap in the market or a specific niche? From there, you can develop the beginning points of what your business would need - for example is it an e-commerce website or would you need to contract third-party companies? I hope that helps you create a starting point!

Don't be afraid to ask them questions because they'll be the ones with the relevant experience. Above all, when you're building a team, make sure you trust each and every one of them to carry out their role. Trust is highly important!

I do not believe that one needs to have a degree to create and start a business. What is needed are passion, curiosity and the will to do something about it. Businesses generally do need a certain amount of money to start and get it off the ground but it all depends on the nature of your business.

Hi Salama - its amazing what you are doing. Very inspiring to see you and khaled achieving so much success independantly in your own paths. I am at a cross road in my life where after 15years of having a 9 to 5 life, I want to do something of my own.....like you. But it feels like I have been moulded into this form of having a "job" for so long that I can't bring myself to make that leap of faith. How did you make the transition to an enterpreneur's mindset from your previous life. Its this transition that stops most of us, I guess. Would love to have a chat with you someday!

I'm also a believer that, when it comes to taking a leap of faith towards anything (new job, new house, new country), there's no such thing as the right time because we will learn from the outcome regardless.
