When you're French and you watch this video, it's so confusing, because obviously I understand the original subtitles but I'm in a English bubble with Sam so I ended up relying more on the English subtitles to stay in that bubble 😂. Most confusing video ever for me 😂.

Ngl it's always the stuff you think is CGI but it isn't and the things you think are real is actually CGI. It is so annoyingly cool cuz i was saying they could have just stuck with a budget and just make it alot cheaper as you said but then i remember that they are just multimillionaires,they can do what they want

simply speaking, the fire stuff is mostly done with these sort of big burners (if they are custom made, they come in different shapes, but most set designs use these single line burners) so it's sort of like, opening a stove, in a bigger scale. most sets that need fire don't use flammable materials (except for gas) to maintain the fire because it would cause the fire to blacken or produce too much smoke :)

I remember few years ago I called a pyro specialist for firework show during NYE and I was jungshook when he said it cost 10k per minute with all the pyro specialist and safety team 😭😭😭 but it could probably cheaper in western countries though

I think in the beginning they did practical effects like dropping a car rather than cgi cuz it’s cheaper to just drop a car or put a dude on fire than make it with cgi.. but cuz it has become their staple after some time, they stuck to it - cuz honestly, they can totally pay for cgi now lol (eg. Dynamite) but practical effects just look better and have more impact on the viewer (like the first Star Wars movies vs. George Lucas’ episode 1-3 madness)

they forgot to also put that time where they shoot V in a pool of water while looking like hes drowning. i remember it was so cold that time and it was the last part to shoot so everyone kind of go home already but jimin left behind so V will have someone with him once hes done shooting. its funny at the same time i pitty them cause that time theyre just trying to prove their selves. and i this that was the start of bighit making every shoot real.
