The Renegade is inspired by off-road adventuring and designed for the roads less traveled. With its rugged aesthetic, this electric mountain board can go up to 42 km/h (26 mph) and cover distances of 50 km (31 miles) on a single charge, fearlessly conquering all challenges for its rider. Equipped with the EFOC motor controller and 6000-watt motors, complemented by a huge 20Ah battery, the Renegade roars with power to take on whatever lies in its path.

*Interestin design choices* ⚡👀⚡ I like the deck, and the reasonin behind why it's "flatter" than other eMTB, and the ability to ride with or without bindings. I'd rock this with 5inch wheels though 😂 nice and close to the ground. Glad to see a bigger battery than the Hadean on this.

2 months after winning the first carbon Gt at the evolve World cup in 2016, had straps s2 bindings on that deck, broke it on a 180 degres at the local bmx track, Was waiting for it since so long… story start in 2018 🫶Can’t wait to fly over the bumps ! 🎉

Lol they also went with forged spring channel trucks for "strength" rather than CNC precision. But hey according to him this is the first mountain board that can be ridden with or without trucks. I haven't seen this kind of innovation since Apple rocked the world with their "dynamic island". I'm genuinely surprised they didn't mention anything about their super innovative brake Regen feature that actually charges the board as you ride, wow so inovative and unique just like spring trucks and bindings!

Great looking board. Happy To hear they increased the battery. I wish the battery was a little bigger but I realize they wanted to keep the weight and profile down. Price is pretty high.

Price is very high . Be honest. Specs are average. And nothing innovative. Oh sorry it's all about the feel . There are other boards that can match that an for less . They have been beaten to the punch on all their latest boards since the Hayden came out . Chinese boards with Australian price.

@@davidheath2427 True. I really like their remote but the boards are overpriced. I got both of my GTR 1s lightly used for 7 and 8 hundred bucks. One of them was only ridden a few miles and the other not ridden much either. I could probably get rue renegade about a year from now for roughly.. 1500 barely ridden from the next impulse buyer.

Beautiful board fairplay and I've got thd perfect place to put this new beauty through its paces....My backyard is the Brecon Beacons where they put the toughest of the tough through their paces...our boys in the S.A.S. Current TRAMPA’S have HIGH POWER VESC’S Providing almost 150Amps to each BIG MOTOR… How many Amps do Evolve’s Tiny ESC’S Provide? Under board Battery/ESC Tray is another HUGE Design 😮Limitation for Real OffRoading… (Water/Rocks etc will Damage!) Love the board but wish it was gear drive for an off road board . Works better than belt drive in that scenario. Belt drives can get rocks, sand , mud and stuff suck in them.

I’m 58 and been riding electric skateboards for a few years and I’m tempted with one of these, I’d suggest you’re better without bindings, especially if you’re new, the ability to confidently step off if you need to would be better than being attached if it starts going a bit pear shaped!

Hadean batteries fail a lot, defective cells. I already have two evolution tables, why do you do this with your clients? Please solve that, I'm from Spain

Can someone help me calculate how many watt hours the renegade has? The hadean is 690 wH i think. The renegade is 20aH x 42volts, which is 840 wH, is that correct? Im assuming the 50 cells are in a 10s5p configuration, so 10x4.2v = 42 volts. So 21.7% bigger battery if the maths is correct.

The Renegade is 864wH... (full specs now on their website of the Renegade) compared to the Haden in an AT setup your looking at around a 6 mile increase apparently

I’m split down the middle here, on one side it’s literally the board i’ve been asking for for years, but hearing all the details of it makes me scared to even think about the price😐 Don’t be the apple of eboards please, that would just suck on so many levels. Price it around the same as the GTR2, then we’re good😙

@@BlownMacTruck I and a lot of other people actually want this. Because even though there are boards with more power at a lower price on the market, there’s also a ton of boards made with cheap components which are impossible to replace or get repaired, because customer service is not a part of the deal with those companies. And if it is, you have to send the board to china and wait 6 months to see it again, if you’re lucky. Or some small “serious company” builds a faster board, but then the remote is from a 10 year old toy board, and you have to be a supernerd to constantly update all the things in the software they didn’t bother getting right the first time. I’ve even seen boards from large chinese eboard companies that catches on fire while charging, and a guy who lost his entire house because of it! But hey, you buy what you want, then i’ll do the same. (if i can afford it)

@BlownMacTruck only reason I've chose this company is because it's Australian owned and I bought a hadien carbon at a retail store with extended warranty till 2028. I'm on my second board allready and I have no doubt it will die again by then.
