I love when you sit down and chat with us! I really like listening to you. By no means does that chit chat need to be personal touchy feely that we have no need to know about. But I really love the sit down chats! I am so grateful for everything you’ve taught me along the way from 2020- present! I love you Kimmy

You have grown, learned, taught, all the things! You don't owe us anything but I appreciate you sharing to put your voice to some things that have been weighing on you (and to stick it to the trolls and doubters). Celebrating you, celebrating this channel! Hope to be able to visit you like this for a while longer yet, until KZfaq has run its course for you. Blessed Be!!🎉🎉🎉🎉

Hi Kimmy! I've been a subscriber for many many years! I've fallen off watching a lot of content creators because after sometime, most become not relatable....but yours has always been relatable, real, encouraging and inspiring and I thank you for that. When I found your channel I had recently became a sahm bc I had to quit my job after falling into a deep depression and had crippling anxiety. You helped me become a successful homemaker and mom. and gave me inspiration to start my very own channel in hopes to help people battling mental illness, chronic illness and navigating life & motherhood. Thank you for being you and sharing your life with us 🤍

I don’t usually read the comments and rarely comment myself. The assumptions shocked me and made me laugh honestly. 😏 Your creativity and true yearning to help others has helped me navigate life from a brand new mom in 2016 to now a mom of 4 under 8 and we started homeschooling in 2021. We are now one income and that is because of your money saving knowledge. I’m so thankful for the Lord putting your first video in my path some many years ago. There will always be haters but know I’m one person (of many I’m sure) that has been positively impacted by you. I can’t wait for your cookbook! I’ll be line for a signed copy if you ever come to Western NY. 😊❤ God Bless you and your family! 🤗🙏🏼

Heck yeah, Kimmy! Hahah! I wanted to high-five you as you put some people in their place (immature of me, I know lol). Your weight is your business, your family is your business, your business is your business and KZfaq and social media have created this weird idea in people that they should know all about a content creators' personal life. I highly respect that you are respectful of your children and your family because at the end of the day, they are what really matter. I have watched you since your kids were little and I absolutely respect and admire the love you have for your family. That has been a game changer for my mental health, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. And kings Right, having freezer meals is a life saver, I have medical issues that literally put me down in pain and with freezer meals I can still make a home cooked meal know what's in it and feel like I accomplished something even on a bad pain day!!! Kim - I have anxiety ADHD and PTSD from when my first husband passed away. Your videos have helped me so much - the idea of freezer cooking - seeing you lose weight and also focus on your mental health as a part of that is inspiring. I'm actually on exempt and it's the first time in my life I don't have that hunger all of the time - because like you I was always hungry. I want to thank you for being honest not only about this journey but your life as a mom of adult kids. My oldest turns 18 this year and I'm struggling with my identity. Keep posting girl - we love you!

Kimmy- I also have pcos and it's crazy how the hormones really have an impact on our weight gain/loss and mental clarity. All of a sudden, I turned 44 and my weight started coming off and I have done nothing but eat more protein and less carbs and stop by a certain time of day. I hear people whispering and talking and I get asked what I am doing. I really think it's hormones and mental health, like you said too. We have no control sometimes. You be you, and that's all we want to see!!!

Thank you so much for this video and all that you share here! I have to admit I’ve wondered how you lost weight… not out of judgement, but rather out of my struggle. I’ve struggled with insulin resistance and my weight for a bit now and hormone issues have made it feel nearly impossible to lose weight for me. It’s like a viscous cycle too where they say to help your insulin resistance lose weight, but to lose weight help your insulin resistance. Personal things like this can be really hard to talk about so I totally understand you not bringing it into your channel. Even without talking about it I think you give people like me hope that if you can do it, then we can too. You have been such an inspiration to me through the years and I really love your videos. I love how authentic you are and that you are showing the behind the scenes of how much goes into your videos too. And some of your recipes have become staples in my family because they loved them so much, so thank you for sharing all the recipes and meal prep tips too!

There are a few OGs that I watched before KZfaq is what it is today. We've all grown up together and I think that is why I miss it so much. My kids are older, too. My life isn't as exciting as it once was because my life is mostly running around. I think there is a comfort in watching my old "friends" on YT because it is my life, too. You, Organized Little Lady, How Jen Does It, Marriage and Motherhood, and Happily A Housewife were my happy place. Ironically, I've never been a stay at home mom, but just had the same goals and lifestyles. It's so sad to me that the platform has changed so much that most of these channels are non existent. You being Kimmy is all that needs to be! That's the happy place! I hope social media starts to make a turn and goes back to more realistic life so we all don't feel exhausted keeping up.

I think what is absolutely beautiful re: how you addressed questions re: your weight loss is how you spoke to how personal/raw that process has been and you didn’t shy away from the WORK that got you to these results. Whether it was walking, Pilates, a specific diet, therapy, and/or all of those things you mentioned (or 100% something else altogether) - you addressed your emotional, physical, and mental health during that process. Consistently putting in that work to help you feel your best makes you a champion. My hope is that others will see your results (you mentioned reduced anxiety, less inflammation, etc.) and be inspired to do their own work.

I love how honest and genuine you have been from the beginning. I think its horrible when people think they have the right to disapprove of your life. Life is hard as it is , we should be lifting people up not pulling them down. Love you and your channel. Keep being you.❤

Hi Kimmy! I so appreciate you being raw and real and not fake. However I think it could be helpful for us half empty nesters to see your day in the life and celebrating the finished product of our grown children. It's obvious that you are an amazing parent! 💖 Much love sista!!!

I have a problem with anxiety also. I sometimes start to shake. My previous marriage was abusive in all ways. I never put it together, that I may have some PTSD from that marriage. There are some reactions to things that have carried over from that marriage. I did find my love & have a beautiful daughter ~~ so blessed. No one needs to know someone elses personal business. I pray everyday for the Lord to help me get through & I'll keep doing it. I appreciate all of the information you have given me about food storage, looking better at prices, etc. You have helped me & my family oodles. Thank you.❤

I loved how real and raw you were. Thank you so much for sharing. I totally got it when you were talking about ADHD and anxiety and being stuck. It's the worst, and most people don't understand how that feels unless they've gone through it themselves.

Kimmy, I've been watching you since the very beginning. It's been a privilege to have incorporated many of your tips and ideas in my life as a mom and wife. We actually even named our last child the same name as your youngest child! It's such a beautiful name. We recently moved to Utah and I always secretly hope I'll run into at Smith's someday❤ I appreciate your vulnerability as well as how you have become more private as well. Thanks for sharing your life with us!

Wow, you are so brave to share all that you are and go through. I have watched you for years, and I binge-watched you when my mom passed away. Your voice is soothing and I took comfort in you. I too suffer from PTSD, generalized anxiety, severe depression and PCOS. I can understand how difficult life can be. You are my inspiration! I wish I knew you in person. You are always honest and kind. Thanks for all your advice through the years. I wish you the best with everything you are going thru. Please take care of yourself. I care about you at any weight or look. You are very important and a child of God. So God Bless you and your beautiful family.

Great video. Thank you for being real. Some of the videos on KZfaq I just think these people have got to be exhausted. Nobody can do it all. It’s nice to watch someone who is realistic in real life. Life is not all sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes our lives can be a real mess. Keep the videos coming.

Girl, anxiety.....believe me I get it!! Everything you said regarding the paralysis. I'm so blessed that my husband will just sit with me, not get judgey just hold my hand and pick up where I left off until I can pull it together. Menopause has been rough on me in that respect. I cantctell you how comforting it is to hear you talk about it. I literally have tears in my eyes because no one else around me suffers like this. It's like you're weak when I know deep inside I am not weak, I just need a moment ( yes, sometimes a couple days) but, you get what I mean. Thank you for just saying you have the same kinds of anxiety. ❤

Kimmie , I’ve been watching you since Shaylee was a munchkin. I remember walking through a challenging season and needed to find freezer meal recipes for my family as I tried to juggle motherhood, a career, and a child that had additional needs. You helped keep my family fed. Words can’t express how happy I am to see you in a healthy place. Sounds like our journey has been incredibly similar over the years. As, mommas we may stumble but we always get back up. We will forever be fierce warriors who move mountains to protect our children. Sending so much love your way. And as always thank you for keeping it real. 💚

Ahh, Kimmy I have missed this side of you! Butttt, I TOTALLY understand why you pulled back. It kind of scares me for my own journey here on youtube. I only have a SUPER small channel. But you are one of the reasons I started. You have taught me SO much and I jist wanted to give that back. I'm still learning, but I just wanted to say thank you! Thank you for all that you do. I love you! 🩷🩷🩷
