coming from somewhere that is the complete opposite; i think its fab that as the boss you still get stuck in and are so supportive of your employees, who, are more like family it seems

I absolutely LOVE the cake and the T&L on the top. Tom's union Jack and Lance's stars and stripes. It fit them to a tee.

Wow. The way you did those blobs of icing on the side and then just swiped it with the icing leveller thingy to make those lovely kind of swirl pattern was just awesome
