because my cookies don't go down, like in the video. They come out very tall and plump and they don't go down in the oven. someone help me? thank you

Hello, thank you for your video. The steps are clear and precise. Do you think I could make two cakes with this recipe? The thickness of the cake slices you cut seems to be the same. Naturally, I would make a different frosting for the second cake, preferably chocolate. Do you have a recipe to suggest?

im watching this because my cupcakes came out fairly doughy and taste like sweet carribean dumplings and idk how to fix them. it actually tastes nice but it's not necessarily a cupcake flavour

I used this recipe yesterday amd they were stonking but i allways seem to have a minus one or one really small i dont know if the icecream scoop i use is to small or im using the wrong size cake cases do you use fairy cake cases or cuppcake cases if so could you do a ratio for cupcake cases because i thought of using the egg method but dont know how much bicarb to use.

If anyone can clarify for me. Im american and my undertanding is that a british biscuit and an american cookie is the same thing. But in UK what is the difference between a biscuit and a cookie? Is a cookie larger and not crunchy?

I made this recipe today and I replaced the raisins with chocolate chunks and then the cinnamon with 1/4 tsp of ginger powder. I found the dough slightly sticky than the other cookie recipes and not sure if I should have still used 230g of butter. Anyway I’ll be baking tomorrow and I hope it works out
