You can really see how awkward, strange and hard it is to play some very serious and mysterious stuff in this totally unmysterious atmosphere! How hard it must be to behave naturally when there are this many people around and cameras and green screens and whatever. Dumbledore just waving a stick under a huge hair dryer is just brilliant lol

I guess when you’re on set and wearing all your costumes and stuff, it helps in the immersion? I mean that’s what I felt when I did plays in high school 😂😂 and even when you just play around with your friends back then hahaha

@@user-tw3gr9gy5t I've no idea whether you have read the books after a month or not but basically, prior to the events of Half-Blood Prince, Dumbledore had found the ring of Marvolo Gaunt, which was a Horcrux made by Lord Voldemort; Dumbledore did realise that the stone on the ring was a Resurrection Stone (one of the Deathly Hallows) and instead of destroying the Horcrux as soon as possible, he was tempted to use the stone to see his loved ones, which means he had to wear the ring. And the moment his fingers made contact with the ring, the curse(s) which acted as a defence cast upon it by Voldemort attacked him, and had it not been for Professor Snape's timely arrival, Dumbledore would have been more seriously damaged. Dumbledore then had to drink a potion while Snape used numerous counter-curses to stem the spreading of the curses, confining them in one hand of Dumbledore's (that's why it'd blackened and withered).

Because the film is not that light sensitive (200/500 ISO) so you need a lot of light to expose properly.

Rewatched order and half blood prince, and on deathly pt 1 now watching ur BTS! I'm a film grad whos worked on numerous student films and a few major productions in GA and I love the filmmaking process. Its not as fun for the extras unless it involves something as immersive and incredible as HP. Film is alot of work, patience and perseverance. One of the hardest but rewarding jobs but hard to break into! Thank you for these videos! 💙😇
