I love the last picture of your mom squeezing you! My mom is 75 and lives in Germany. I have been married to my hubby for 13 years and have 3 little boys. I miss her dearly. You are so blessed you have her and you can hug her neck!

All that prep really paid off in a wonderful baby shower for Katie! Unique decorations with the baby clothesline and baby's breath in blue mason jars. I hope the food tasted as delicious as it looked. May Katie have an easy labor and delivery and a healthy son to love and spoil, with help from grandparents, aunt, uncle, and friends!

That little guy has no idea what a warm nurturing environment he'll be born into. I love this channel and what it stands for, something our nation needs more of: Coming together to celebrate a special event. Seeing that Tonka Truck reminds me of our son when he was little. He's get so filthy we had to hose him off outside to keep from plugging the drain in the bathtub. My mom asked him once, "Andy, how do you get so dirty?" He's say proudly, "I'm working man."

Gracious! I didn't expect that: I found myself moved to tears. It was all so pretty and perfect and personal and filled with love. I was overcome. That's the very best kind of shower, in a church social hall, with everything done by family and friends, all done with love and joy to welcome the newest addition to the community. Katie looking so pretty and happy. Even the cleanup at the end was so familiar, and that feeling of being happily exhausted. It's a wonderful and precious thing. I'm so happy for you all.
