Yep. Egg whites, white sugar and a little vanilla extract. It whips up nice with a blender. That's what I always topped my banana pudding with. And put it in the oven on broil and watched closely till it was lightly browned. And then in the refrigerator to set. No need for whipped topping mix. But so proud of you and Dad for providing a great meal for Mom. She shows her love and care for you both through cooking. And now the circle of love embraces her. That's awesome.

Tipper if the weather is warm enough, ask the nurse if you can take Granny outside in the wheelchair so she can get some fresh air. It’ll make her feel better to get out in the warm sun for a bit. And maybe take her a plate of home cooked food for a meal. I bet she would love that! Continued prayers 🙏🏻❤️
