Night duty of a taluk gh hospital Dr is not just 8 hours,it's morning 8am to next day morning 8 am 24 hours People should understand how a man can work continuously 24 hrs This is 4 to 5 duties per month Many thinks night duty is just 8 hrs But taluk Gh it's 24 hrs People must understand the hardwork

24 hrs duty kattaayam ilai… 3 shifts la doctors duty ku varalaam… just like staff nurse and other hospital workers… 24 hrs duty doctor kandipaaka paarka vendum endru sattam ilai… nammaloda senior doctors indha 24 hrs duty palakathai uruvaaki adhai eh continue panittu irkaanga… talk with ur CMO and ask for shift duty…

@@ValliKodi-jk5rohi I don't everything happens as per law, especially in India. It's easy to do the 3 shifts per day with the nurses, due to more nurses available. It is almost not possible to do that because of the non availability of doctors. We all wish we had enough doctors but we don't in India.

பல் மருத்துவத்திலும் இதே நிலைதான். காலை 10:30 மணிக்கு நோயாளியை கவனிக்க ஆரம்பத்த பின்பு மாலை 4.30 மணிக்கு தான் சாப்பிட முடியும். பின்பு மாலை 6.30 மணிக்கு வேலையை ஆரம்பித்தால் 10:30 மணிக்கு வீட்டிற்கு செல்ல நினைத்தால் மீண்டும் சில நோயாளிகள் வந்து சார் பல் வலிக்கிறது தூக்கம் வரவில்லை என்று வருவார்கள். அவர்களுக்கு சிகிச்சை அளித்து பின்பு 12:00 மணிக்கு தான் வீட்டிற்கு செல்ல முடியும். பல் மருத்துவத்தில் பொது மருத்துவரை விட அதிக அளவு வேலை செய்ய வேண்டிய நிலை உள்ளது. உதாரணமாக பல் எடுத்தல் , பல் அடைத்தல், பற்களை கட்டுதல் போன்ற பணிகளை நின்று கொண்டுதான் செய்யமுடியும் இதனால் 35 முதல் 40 வயதில் முதுகுவலி, கழுத்து வலி நிரந்தரமாக ஏற்பட்டுவிடுகிறது. பொது மக்கள் மத்தியில் பல் மருத்துவரை தவறாக தான் பார்கின்றனர்.

If a patient passes motion in theater or in labour's room....oly nurses ll clean them.....urine bag empty pannanum.....measurement record pannanum...doctor ll see oly the Intake output chart....we nurses also faces lot of issues... doctors atleast get respect but fir nurses😢

எவ்வளவு சிரமங்கள் இருந்தாலும் மருத்துவர்களுக்கு அவ்வளவும் பணம் அதையும் கருத்தில் கொள்ள வேண்டும் சிலமருத்துவர்கள் மருத்துவ தொழிலை பொருப்போடுசெய்வதில்லை காசுவாங்கும் வரை தான் அவரது மருத்துவம் கடைசியில்கைவிரித்து அரசுமருத்துவமனைக்கு அனுப்பி விடுவார்கள் இது என்அனுபவம்.

govt doctor ena venaalum panalaam nu solreengale sir (7:50) … one day ungala govt doctor ah appoint pana teryum, anaike odirveenga sir… work pressure la avan avan stress la irkaan…oru maruthuvaroda karutha innor maruthuvar prathipalikala nu varutham therivikra neenga, govt doctor ah pathi casual ah oru comment solreenga… sila aayiram dhan salary, innum town bus eri dhan duty ku poraanga PHC doctors… oru naal govt doctor ah vazhndhu paarunga… indha polappu ku 100 naal velai ku poidlaam nu thonnum…😢

My husband and my father both are doctors during covid my husband used to wake up in between night hours to answer tele consult. When I was a child I never went holidays much and the doctor family sacrifices a lot. When immediate family is unwell, they will not be able to take off and look after us.

After finishing engineering, lot of engineers do call center jobs in India. We engineers depreciate, doctors appreciate. After finishing speciality, your salary increases. After finishing master degree, we get low paying teaching jobs. Other side always look green.

When patients are waiting painfully Doctors used to talk in their mobile for long duration. In most of the places they insist for cash and refuse any other mode of payment. Child specialist used to give appointment at 11 or 11.30 Pm in the night
