I just noticed something that made me really happy, you switched the buttons to fit the same order and color scheme as in the TR-808, I read that Roland trademarked that color combination so that's why they Behringer inverts the colors, same thing on the Model D / Minimoog, but on that synth you cannot take off the plastic caps from the switches as they are part of each individual piece.
Nice one! Hey I am trying to find out, the rd08 can send me a seperate clicktrack (on my earphone or any of the outputs). So that we can play along with live instruments and the click straight from the rd08 on our inears without the audience hearing the click? so can you maybe tell me if that is possible?
@elissitdesign4 жыл бұрын
Beda Ehrensperger nope.
@dikkeskieven4844 жыл бұрын
You can clock sync the RD8 to something that can do a click track! Like a DAW or something
@bedaehrensperger4 жыл бұрын
Thanks guys 👍 unfortunately this machine cannot do what I wanted from it. But you helped me to find out 🙏
@dikkeskieven4844 жыл бұрын
You COULD use the rimshot separate out, send it to an input on your mixer and then on to your in ears. The separate out takes it out of the master but I personally wouldn't sacrifice any of the sounds just for a click track. A drum machine I know has a click in the same price range, is the Arturia Drumbrute Impact, but I don't think you can take it oud of the master out

I had one for a while (amazing).... didn't end up using the filter as much as I thought I would (still good to have), but the analog dynamics processor (transient designer) ... omg that's where it's at . It's really nice to have all the outputs available - but I used the FX bus so often that most of it ended up there! It sorta felt like it wasn't fully designed, like it was a prototype, the UI isn't especially like easy to understand, but it's totally workable. Two of the outputs on mine stopped working so I sent it back, I was poor so I said don't send me another, just return it. But I miss it dearly.

Moin, Roland will und will nicht liefern. LG cosmicspeed

these drum machines should be used with the individual outputs, they sound so-much-better with seperate panning, compressor used on them. ok, fair enough such a thing eats up quite a bit of mixing channels, but it's worth it sound wise.
