The plaintiff was attending an event and claims the defendant’s dog bit him. He was in major pain and had to seek medical treatment. The defendant won’t pay for the medical bills, so he’s suing for pain and suffering and emotional distress. The defendant argues her dog sniffed the plaintiff but never bit him.

There are litigants who lose because they don't think they need evidence and there are litigants who lose because they "forgot" to bring the evidence, but it's awfully hard to win $2,100 in damages when you can't show the judge a reasonable dog bite scar as evidence.

Some people just can't relax - they just don't know how. For various reasons, this inability manifests itself into uncontrollable panic attacks. They are real and frightening and remain so until the person overcomes the underlying emotional problem causing them thus controlling and eventually eliminating them.

If you want to overcome it - put your mind to it. You don't have to live with it. What's hard as hell is getting past it and living a happy life. But you can do it. Many of us suffer trauma in life but there comes a time we need to get past it and live a better, happier life. That time for you is now! Please find someone to talk to. The right person will understand and help you understand it's time to move up and onward. Please do this. Help is out there waiting for you to find it. Find it - okay? I wish you strength and perseverance, Find that happy life for yourself - you ARE worth it and you deserve it!

Would you recognize it as such if ever you actually experienced it? Would you know what emotion/situation/memory triggered it and why? Would you be able to bring it under control or would you have to 'ride it out'? Do you have a medical opinion concerning panic attacks? I'd be interested in hearing it.

9:48 He shaves his legs??? Very suspicious. Doesn't look like a dog bite or even a tooth puncture. Those small dogs could not penetrate the denim with their teeth. NO WAY. It looks like he just scraped off a scab and that was it. There was absolutely NOTHING. If he actually had PTSD before this from dog attacks, he would NEVER walk around a strange house unannounced. He would be fearful.

I'm sympathetic with people who have panic attacks, emotional problems or PTSD(he obviously isn't war veteran). But his comment about her living in Beverly Hills, was a give away. He obviously saw $$ signs. If he was so terrified about dogs, why would he not have a panic attack by a woman walking by him with two tiny leashed dogs? Close enough to "lick his shoes" I'm sure they were barking at him. Those kinds of dogs are yappers. I know, I have one. I doubt he needed a blood transfusion from hemorrhaging from that itty bitty bite. I'm sure her fur babies are vaxed to the max. A call to animal control, could easily handle that if she wouldn't talk to him . I'm sure this dude is probably getting more gov assistance than our own veterans who have loss of limbs, wounds and real trauma. He knows how to work it! But he is a lousy actor.

That doesn’t look like a dog bite. The plaintiff didn’t start off telling how it really happened. The plaintiff couldn’t even talk he was stuttering most of the time while talking about what happened and when a person can’t talk normal that usually means they are lying. If he did get bite by the defendants dog sure wasn’t a bad bite at all. Once I saw him try to show the judge his scar and he couldn’t find it said it all. It was such a bad bite but yet he couldn’t find the scare. I honestly think he was trying to get a pay day from her.

Lmao and that picture of his mosquito bite he provided 🤣🤣 I’ve got attack and bit on the buttcheek and on both of my legs by a pit bull that required stitches and I never had panic attacks or was as dramatic as the plaintiff 🙄 I still have my scars up to this day. I’m still a little scare whenever I’m around big dogs and just take cautions or keep my distance. As for the defendant, what’s the point of putting your dogs on a leash if you ain’t going to hold onto it?! It don’t matter if they are doing their business, still shouldn’t let them run around free on a public open street 🙄

Also that picture of that “bite” looks like It was taken a few years ago based on the quality. I’m surprised she didn’t ask what the medical report says if It was actually a bite or not. And just because the group of friends yelled at this women doesn’t mean they saw a bite but could have just wanted $$. Those friends probably rented an airbnb and thought this could help pay for it.
