Excellent topic, I agree, it's not bat at all to work in a small company, adding something, only take care regarding the comfort zone, because the small companies usually has small budget, your salary does not grow up, even your knowledge does not need to grow up, that part is not beautiful

I've developed an App which is a Online Video Conference Assistant, In theory, I'm desperately looking for a Developer to partner with as a CTO, shareholder, if it was you in the earlier part of your career, what share do you think you would want in order to fill that role please

Hi Dave. Over the years I've been asked this a lot. People who want me to join them for equity. I know other people who do it, but I haven't ever been tempted myself. But if you can demonstrate to someone how good the idea and the app is, it should be possible. The problem is most people have an idea but no market research or ways to demonstrate its success. So a developer has to do loads of work and absorb a lot of the risks upfront. Basically, you should pitch to a developer the same way you would pitch to any investor-- because that's what that person would initially be doing. Thanks for the comment :-)

Eric ,first of all you are awesome. first things will be comes to in your mind. why i am saying you are awesome person. because many things common between us. even if i come in UK i will meet with you. i like your coding mind set. i can easlly understand what you want to say. i have manys question in my mind. same like you my play console account terminated. Now how can i recover myself from depression. i hope you will be understand my question . i had eight apps on my my play console. Now i am confused. ( maybe i will take a loan. for buying new play console account .. i am kidding ) Eric can i publish my old apps with out name changing it on new play console. what kind of main things in it need to focus. after buying new account with other person name can i need to change all my projects . i mean UI and coding . description and keywords

When you get your account terminated, it can be very hard to set up another one. Lots of people try to do another account but get that one shut down too, The best thing to do it to keep appealing and find out why you were terminated (if you don't know). I was once terminated by an algorithm that thought my app was about the pandemic. It wasn't. They re-instated it. If you don't know the reason for the termination, the next one could be terminated too.
