If the compression wave is subsonic (traveling slower than the speed of sound) then no shock wave will even form and it will only be sound. If the explosion is small enough or you are far enough away then once the shock wave loses enough energy to slow down to the speed of sound then the shock wave disappears and you are left with only sound. Considering the magnitude of the damage from this clip then this shock wave was still much much faster than the speed of sound. If that wave is moving faster than the speed of sound then it is a shock wave and if it is at or below the speed of sound then it is sound.
