Ingredients:
puff pastry: 300 g (11 oz)
tomato paste: 40 g (1.4 oz)
oregano: 10 g (0.4 oz)
cheese: 150 g (5.3 oz)
parsley: 20 g (0.7 oz)
puff pastry: 300 g (11 oz)
eggs: 1 pc
The drink:
instant coffee: 15 g (0.5 oz)
sugar: 15 g (0.5 oz)
water: 150 ml (5.1 fl oz)
milk: 200 ml (6.8 fl oz)

I made this, had some puff pastry in the fridge and no idea what to make for dinner. They turned out really nice. I added some garlic and ham to mine. I had no eggs so I used milk for the egg wash. Well worth a try when your looking for something quick or finger food for a party.

На моменте, когда она начала резать тесто по линеечке, а в конце отрезала 5 мм и, подохреваю, выкинула - меня просто порвало 😂😂😂 конечно, это же будет заметно когда скруьишь жгутик! Блин, че за чушь!

The cheese cannot be too mild. You need something a bit salty if you use neutral tomato paste without salt.

I get why tomato paste is being used instead of tomato sauce as its less runny. But the paste would need a lot more than a dusting of oregano to give it flavour and take away the biting tartness of tomato paste.

I haven’t made this yet, but maybe you could mix in quite some tasty spices in the tom puree before rubbing it on? Then you can give it even more taste. I will certainly add some hot peppers to it. 😉

Good evening. You may be missing out on one point of the presentation. Savoring the experience. The scent and feel of the spread and to a visual cook exact borders with the cheese and other ingredients. Cooking is an art. If you prefer, you are able to speed along and choose only those views that will allow for your time constraints. Please do not be discouraging to the presenter. As this is their creation. If someone were to belittle you - you would not think it pleasant.

It is slow, on the other hand, if you’re someone who has never done any type of cooking before then it’s a great tutorial and would give them confidence to try it and know they’re doing it correctly. At the end of the day if you’re a confident cook you can always fast forward through it to the bits you want to see!

Too slow. We do not need to see you brush the entire pastry with tomato and other fillings and cut every strip. We get the idea after you do it once. Need to move much quicker.
