The Fresh Prince of Belair was a game changer. Yeah, it was funny and goofy a lot of the time but when things got serious it hit hard enough to still feel it 30 years after I watched it. "Why don't he want me man?" "Give me the gun Carlton!" Will was a legend at the beginning of his career and didn't know it yet. I'm hoping the same for Jabari.

On the show, Jabari has the Will Smith idiosyncrasies MASTERED! From the growl screams, the mannerisms and body language, the way Will may look at a person or an object, even the small ad lib choices he makes. It seems like Jabari STUDIED Will for this role. Such a great actor!

I love Will and in my head he is such a role model with all the great things he has done. No one can take that away from me. Even with his recent behavior at the Oscar's I still look up to him because he took ownership of his mistakes and apologized. We all have made mistakes and we normally make them young but he made one while the cameras were rolling and unfortunately he has to take it with a grain of salt, push through, and get back up to be better than he was yesterday. I was upset that me favorite actor behaved in that manner. I love you Will and continue to be a bridge to those behind you.

I love the new Will, and by that I mean the old Will that is now so in touch with his feelings. And, the new new Will also seems like a great kid ;) I've always looked up to Will Smith more than anyone in the world and I got emotional seeing someone achieve the dream of having him as a mentor. This kid has more traits of The Fresh Prince than Gemini Man!!! 😆 Seriously, sometimes his attributes, sounds, movements, & facial gestures are HAUNTINGLY ACCURATE! The Will Smith, stumbly, laugh, walk??? 👏 👏 👏 🎯🎯🎯 Growing up, I was a huge FPoBA fan. This reimagining with a dramatic finish lands flawlessly into this new era. The soul of the show remains fully intact, to the point where tears were brought over smiles. This is a beautiful blend of update and nostalgia. I love every character, and I am binging all I can on my night off! Well done team! Word to Big Bird!!!

Will is such a cool person. I couldn't remember too many lyrics growing up no matter how hard I tried, but Fresh Prince I had memorized. Never missed the intro. And of course I watched Bad Boys, MiB, and ID until the VHS Tapes wore out. Then bought the DvDs, until they got all scratched up. And now watch them in 4k. Nothing like getting "Welcome to Earth'd" in 4K!

I watched the first two episodes on a flight. I was so bummed when I noticed they only had the first two episodes, but I had about another hour left on my flight. It was an awesome viewing experience. From the acting, the cinematography, the MUSIC....*chef's kiss*

Damn I still remember rushing home after elementary school, tossing my backpack on the bed and turning on CBC to catch Family Matters and Fresh Prince back to back. I legit learnt so much about family values, life and friendship. Hope the new Fresh Prince instills the same lessons into today's youth.

I love it!! Omg. I love it so much. My son (19) & I moved to LA a year ago & Im hoping that he has a breakthrough like this. My son actually met Jaden & he said Jaden was so cool. You can tell a parents energy by the way their kids turn out & Will definitely has beautiful energy. So happy that this kid gets to be the new WILLY FROM PHILLY!! His parents are beautiful

This is so dope!!! I don't even know how to feel right now. I remember hearing "Girls Ain't Nuthin' But Trouble" before I even knew what Prince and Jeff looked like and now all these years later, he's passing the torch to a NEW and REIMAGINED version of the show we all watched and a character we all loved. I'm so excited to see it!!!

WILL you and your team did an awesome job with this ....I seldomly watch television because they stopped making television shows the way they use to, and quickly lose interest. but when I tell you this not only caught my Attention, but it took me back to the good ol days. it's refreshing, the cast are awesome, and I love how it's a more detailed about what actually happened the fresh prince. and jabari reminds me a lot of you

I'm glad that actually filmed parts of Philly in this show. As a Philly native I'm glad they did. Definitely was a west Philly house he came out of, the neighborhood and everything. Hope it does well.
