Stunning waterfall! And you can see it from a suspension bridge built right in front of it. The best part is this area is wheelchair accessible.
And the drive there! Wow! Drive along Forks of the Credit Road from the east, and you'll see beautiful fall colours, as well as a hairpin turn. I noticed there was a cafe nearby that sells ice cream too.
This is an easy and accessible conservation area. It has recently been renovated and has sidewalks and boardwalks that make it easy to get around.
There's a short non-accessible forest hiking trail (about 1 km) that goes to a bridge over the river. It is very well marked and maintained. And there are some other trails that lead into adjacent properties, including the Bruce Trail.
It is better to reserve in advance because it is cheaper, and also I think this conservation area is quite popular in the fall. When I was there in the fall, my parking permit was valid for only 2 hours, which was not a problem since the conservation area is not very big.
It is a lovely place to walk around, though.
