Putting Gh’s into either of them is risky. But William will serve you better now, Beli prime may be a more synergistic commander in the future.

Seems to do poorly, Beli loses his skill damage increase and doesn’t have the stats for a long term rally. Nevsky simply out performs

These were geared tests so we did not have gear on the Beli. But generally, you dont want Beli primary as his talents are pretty poor
