Yes.. I still can remember all the hooplah when she decided to go red/brown rather than the blonde girl of the Go-go's and her first solo album. I'm glad she chose Ann-Margaret to be her "look" inspiration from this album on, rather than being another Marilyn Monroe "look" clone. Her voice, songwriting and that look made her stand out.. it just looks good on camera! Even the silly video for "Do you feel what I feel" is still interesting because SHE'S gorgeous.. and i"m gay.

Underrated HOW?? This song hit #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and remained there in that spot for like 8 weeks if I'm not mistaken! The only reason it never hit #1 was due to (IIRC) MJ's "Man In The Mirror" dominating that spot in March of '88 (around the same time this song hit the BB charts) I mean how many artists back then had the honor & privilege of saying that they were knocked out of the #1 spot by MJ himself?! 😎

Love Belinda! The song is so classic and stood the test of time! She studied her song, invests with the image that came along with it and retaining her signature vocal, thus the presentation really came alive with the coloraturas of her voice. Listening to this, simply recalling the memory lane - it's funny because thoughts are rushing in from back of head with umpteen of happy memories straight from quirky and fantastic 80's 🎧🎉. Argentina que padre escuchar esto hasta alla, saludos de Mexico, esto llegaba de milagro despues de las 8 pm que el sol se metia, la señal de USA llegaba

@@andrewhg1323 yo soy d Mendoza, Argentina y m acuerdo q aca en los años 80 pasaban un programa q se llamaba Pepsi Music donde pasaban variedad d hits d Madonna, Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, etc... pero en realidad la mayoria d las canciones yo las escuchaba en la radio porque en ese tiempo no habian canales d musica para deleitarnos con los video clips.

Épocas doradas que grande Belinda saludos desde San Rafael Mendoza Argentina dónde también se escucha la música de los 80 y 90 la mejor parte es esa saludos amigos nostálgicos

Being in my mid 40's I am fortunate enough to spend most of my youth & teenage years listening to these hits from Belinda Carlisle in the 1980's & 1990's. In an age when there was more innocence - when things used to rely on word of mouth long before you had social media.
