We’ve been to Ambergris Caye many times before, and finally In late February 2024 my wife and I purchased oceanfront property in the Palmero point area. We are looking to sell our home here in upstate New York and live on Ambergris Caye full-time. So this video was informative and very important to us. We hope you can steer us in the right directions. Thanks! Truly love the people and their country.

The liberalization of the regulations is an enlightening step that so many other countries don't consider. It's a huge benefit for us older retired folks recognized as just as important as the young and frisky digital nomad demographic!! At least when the weather isn't oppressively hot and humid! Or at least near cool sea breezes!

Is I ok to work occasionally outside Belize on QRP? Husband would like to continue with occasional storm work which would involve short burst outside the country. Also, is there an amount of savings that would be considered acceptable. Considering purchasing land, maybe build something small to holiday in until ready to early retirement, then sell our home in Canada and move. The proceeds from our farm would add to our savings, and we would not want to draw on our pension until it matured. Thanks.

Hi there. I see that one can just deposit in a Belizean bank 24K as from savings and quality for residency. Can I register there to the so called AIRE for the change of the Italian residency into the Belizean one? Thank you very much and have a great day.

There are more requirements than the 24K/annual income requirement, but that is an important threshold. You'd need to consult with an Italian law firm regarding AIRE. Feel free to contact us for more information: lawbelize.bz.

What are your rates to help a couple move from the U.S. to Belize? We are planning to invest in property near Hopkins this year and we could definitely use some help and guidance from a legal standpoint. Sometimes legal jargon gets confusing and I really want to make sure we are going about this giant leap the most intelligent way and that we are protected. In appreciate your videos and the content is extremely helpful, so keep up the great work!
