Hey, well thanks for the video. Great info we are getting ready to plan what we want to build in a habitat. My wife and I will be up there in the next 2 1/2 weeks. Good video. But like you said please do a vid on the coat of solar, cistern, and water systems. Builders are busy and maybe casitas barged in could be easier.

Do you have an update on this SQ footage cost or is it the same? We're the solar panels added in? What the high speed Internet options in this area if all at any? I know Mahogany bay has the Fiber. Thank you in advance
