Hi Michelle, it is definitely a different market over there! If you are strictly looking at a financial investment I would recommend sticking to AC but we can look into the data and let you know a little more of what we see!

Hey Will, not sure if this is the place for my question, but here it goes.. my brother recently retired to Belize in Consejo Shores, i’m extremely tempted to make that leap myself but I’m not ready for complete retirement. I’m also not ready to pick up a trade completely foreign to me. My background has been with small earthmoving equipment (smaller backhose, bulldozers, Skidsteer Work…) also I considerable of hauling equipment or products. i’m curious if you think there would be a lot of work in that department? Or to ask a different question, what construction service do you see where the demand is high but the supply isn’t really there yet? I value anything you’d be willing to share.

@@markgagner1607 There are a lot of projects that use equipment like this so there is definitely an opportunity. Overall, I would say that Consejo Shores will not have nearly enough work load to keep you busy but somewhere like San Pedro definitely would. Hey John…maybe I can help with this a little Small building is a Casita The long building is a Crofter that was designed to have a boat slip beneath but we moved it to the road and added another suite beneath The main house was a design AR already had on file It’s a 2 bed 2.5 bath Total bedrooms on the lot is 5 Wanted to have rental options
