The accessory is a face roller used for skin care :p I think they really went for the skincare trend with these, but I agree with you, more articulations would have been better than a bunch of little skin products xD I wish they went with the bear theme more, I love the floofy onesie, can’t wait for these to come out in the uk/eu !! Thanks for sharing 💗✨

You're welcome and thanks for confirming that item for me. I hope they reverse the trend on the articulation, especially the wrists. It make changing clothes more difficult when you can't pop them off.
