Hi Denise and Wig Community! I've been wearing wigs, just occasionally, for 1.5 yrs now. Larger head, limiting my options has made it challenging to say the least. I want to share an update that I started with Gabor Soft & Subtle and didn't like the shine or the chemical cap smell...just basically packed them away due to the 'initial wig freak-out' phase. I found Belle Tress Caliente and 'thought' I had found my perfect line due to them running larger in size, etc. Well, a few months with HD fibers and I'm like ugh. I now understand what they mean about the clumping, etc. (why Heather @ Cysterwigs doesn't like them). I think my larger head somehow accentuates it and the wig starts to stick out away from my head at the bottom as it starts to clump, looking SO wiggy. The more you comb it the more it adds static and gets worse (Heather again). Out of frustration in not being able to wear HD for more than a couple hours, I pulled Soft & Subtle back out of storage and to my amazement...it fits better, lace front is WAY better, fibers feel super soft and lay so much more natural...adding some dry shampoo solves the shine problem. So, I've come full circle. Just wanted to share my story, confirming it's indeed a JOURNEY! Thanks, Denise as always for all your info and loving support to this community! God Bless!

I’ve spent wasted so much money buying wrong color or style as I age iut if sone of them .I’ve never even worn mist of them like 20 I’m going to try to sell them if I ever get motivated lol

I am new to wigs (about one month in). You make a few video's on Sapphire Wigs from Amazon that you have reviewed. I wrote to you in an older video you made, but my son said you might not see it. He suggested I write to you in one of your newest posts. I am trying to find out how to cut the band off and wondering if you have a video of doing that? Do you cut the entire band off? If so how would you velcro it? Or does that not matter? I just want to thin the headband like you show, but I'm not sure what you meant in regards to cutting off the headband; if you meant the entire thing or just the front from ear to ear, leaving the velcro section for support? I'm just nervous it won't be secure if I cut everything off. I have your video up and I was going to follow along as I went. I wanted to cut the head band first incase I ruin the wig lol I don't want to cut/thin the wig and then have it ruined by cutting the headband wrong. Thank you for reading this and for any help or advice. :) Love your channel :) Very helpful to a newbie, you cover a lot of sections that help me overcome my fears.
