This suburb has great parks, lakes, shopping and a variety of housing to suit everyone including older houses on large blocks. A revitalisation of Belmont is happening and can be seen by the large number of new homes that have built.

We love your video! What a great insight into the suburb of Belmont. We noticed your video was quite recent, you must have just missed Finbar’s grand opening for their new development coming to Belmont. Located right next to the Belgravia Estate and Great Eastern Highway. We actually have a couple of videos about the Bel-Air development on our account, we think it is a great place for an investment as it looks like Belmont is going to be an up and coming area!

We've always lived north of the river. If we had the money we would move to Peppermint Grove 😎
