Butler is also located close to the coast for people who enjoy a beach lifestyle.
There is a variety of housing in Butler ranging from large family homes to apartments.

Yes - it should increase in value due to the close proximity to the beach, train and shops.

You do talk about lots of school's in these suburbs but I was reading somewhere that Australia is facing big shortage of school teachers...is it true?

Every year this is discussed but the schools are still functioning well. Unfortunately the government is very unorganised in the way it deals with hiring teachers. I know of some graduates that weren't offered jobs even though there was another 'shortage' a few years ago. You can't always trust what the media says.
