The 1mm thick bovine leather has a waxed finish and feels soft and supple, so this iconic jacket can easily be worn both on and off the bike. In our humble opinion, this might just be the best looking leather motorcycle jacket on the market. The quilted detailing on the shoulder and elbow panels complements the waist-length cut and the attention to detail put into this jacket. The leather is of exquisite quality and has highly abrasion-resistant properties. The jacket comes equipped with groundbreaking D3O-armour in the shoulders and elbows and there is a pocket for an additional back-protector. This jacket is definitely on the premium end of the spectrum but its timeless style and flawless execution mean that the Brooklands Mojave will last you for years to come.

Every motorcycle jacket I've ever worn or tried on had a "frumpiness" in the way they were cut. The shoulder line didn't slope quite right. The sleeves didn't taper quite right. The upper back to waist didn't transition quite right. Only Belstaff perfected all those details. I've only seen this level of aesthetic design in luxury designer brands. Considering Belstaff has a fashion line I can see why this difference exists.

Good review, keep up the good work. Could you please also always mention what material is used for the lining of the arms. I have a crosby jacket and the arms are lined with polyester, which is not that premium

Looks to fit well on the lad in the photo, but I don't like the style. Give me a lancer jacket. As for the price ... Excellent review again. Give the boy a permanent contract, Andrew.

That’s a custom Royal enfield gt 650 it seems

It's a custom Royal enfield made by Rough Crafts. They called it the "Midas Royale". Better late then never I suppose.

On their website they call this jacket the Gangster Jacket. And there is no info about the security pads or anything security related. Have they gone away from moto customers?
