Belt snapped! Why you shouldn't buy cheap chinese drive belts

Күн бұрынTop speed run on a pcx150 is about 59-60mph so not that fast, but this was a new belt installed 500 miles ago. Perfectly smooth. But was the chinese version which was 2 times less expensive. Definately pay for a higher quality belt than to skip on a cheap one.

The bikes drive belt broke.. didnt have much option other than to stop lmao. Bikes not gonna go anywhere without a DRIVE belt DRIVING the wheel. Most bikes dont have hazards. There was also barely any traffic, nobody was in any remote danger other than him ans even then it wasnt that bad.

My bike doesn't have hazards. But if you look at the video there were cars coming on the right. So if i stopped i would get rear ended. Moving to the right id get rear ended. So i ended up in the left turning lane where there weren't cars. Then since cars were not coming on the left i wanted to get on the shoulder. After that when cars were not coming on the right i crossed over to get to the only sidewalk that was on the right. Not perfect but sometimes you have to improvise :)

If you had any sense you would have to pulled over while rolling instead of stopping in middle of street then push to side🤷♂️
