actually ben drowned goes much deeper than just the creepypasta. it was also connected to not one, but two seperate ARG series's "The Lunar Children" and "John Is Dead". John Is Dead was an ARG connected to the The Lunar Children ARG which in turn was connected to Ben Drowned. its an entire rabbit hole at this point and i highly reccomend checking out at least "John Is Dead" as the creator actually allows viewers to interact with the series by choosing what path they think the main character, Paul, should take, with multiple endings depending on what choices the veiwer makes but the main objective is trying to keep Paul alive as he is being hunted by a cult known as The Lunar Children (hence the second series) and keep him from suffering the same fate as John.

Complete with websites and everything. Plus there's some cool fan-made BEN things that made their entirely new story with the entity. There was one by someone I can't remember because Its been like a decade since I last saw it, but it had like 20 videos by the same person that ended with a choice in the last video, where you clicked on the annotation of the side you chose and saw an unlisted video with the ending. It was well-made, too, only using the power of editing and hacking an actual MM Rom for its scenes.
