Ben is a true English lad through and through, even got influenced by early 2010’s Los Angeles culture.. also 8 quid for a proper beer is depressing, 2008 was a terrible time to be a college student due to the economic recession at graduation , but it was the best time for affordable beer, so it was a great time.

In the 90s if beer was over £2 a pint it was an expensive pub and in a bar called quids in you paid a quid to get in and every bottle or pint was a quid.

Fun fact - that Alpro won't help with the spice, it's a protein compound in Cows Milk called casein that breaks down the oil in Chilli that creates the burning sensation... which makes it even more impressive!

No word of a lie the game changers documentary made me change my diet too, thought I was the only one 😂 initially I tried just being a pescatarian for a couple months but then I just decided to cut red meat out and I’ve stuck to it for about 4 years now, also try to choose a vegetarian or vegan option when I can but now and then I just need a little bit of chicken in me life, other than that I’m not arsed about meat I don’t miss it
