honestly I find this to be a funny title. he makes that joke about the game being his opinion. it's not entirely clickbait, plus, Ben's channel doesn't get views so they're trying to get the clicks, what's wrong with that? I'd wish he would get more views his content is great

I feel black mishandled this. Black elects to trades off his best bishop (black bishop) without trading off whites best bishop(white bishop). In caro-kann, that's not the early game plan you want to pursue.

I play Caro-Kann & slav with black - so, as dumb as it sounds, as an e4 player with white I play bad vs the caro. 'Cause it seems like my brain only remembers the correct moves for white in the caro 'from blacks perspective' (?) aka a lot slower. I'm gonna try this 'Goldman' variation like Ben - weirdly at my ~1000 level i hardly ever see it - and it leads to some super-cool lines!
