Been a plumber for forty years and still don't understand why people insist on measuring centre to centre, it's difficult to judge so I always measure back to back of bends, it's way more accurate!

I watched a video by PlumberParts which kinda went over my head and made me feel stupid but these lessons were much easier to understand so thanks!

I should add that I mean no disrespect to James/PlumberParts, he has a wealth of great instructional videos.

Here on the other side of the pond we us standard size pipe for water is 1/2 inch I. D. diameter, and the O.D. diameter is 5/8 inch. The U. S. pipe standard thickness comes in three thicknesses, designated by the capital letters M, L., K which is the thickest. What are the wall thickness of English standard Sir ??? One other thing, what is the tightest short radius can be bent using 1/2 inch water pipe ??? Sorry if I somehow missed that part if you covered the facts. Thanks too.

Why don’t you make a little video mate? You could have some handy tricks or the way you do it may make more sense to some people
