That’s right! It is a superfood that is very versatile in that you can use it in so many formats. Hot milk or soups are just some of the remedys to fight off colds, especially due to its immune system boosting properties.

Hello Can you just take the turmeric root and grind that up with other juices along with black pepper and drink it like it is or do you have to prepare it in some way for it to be more benefit? Thank you

Hello. Yes you can definitely use the fresh turmeric root and grate it or grind it into other mixes or juices to eat or drink.
