ছোট প্রশ্ন.. আশা করি উত্তর দিবেন। সবাইকে দেখি দুধ উতরানোর পর চুলা অফ করে একটু পর ভিনেগার দেয়। সেটা কেন? লেবু যেমন উতরানো বা চুলা জালানো অবস্থায় দেয় এটা কেন দেওয়া হয় না?

If the kneading is done well and with the minimum amount of time mentioned or slightly more then it will never break/crack. If it still does then you’re putting more pressure than what is necessary or boiling at a very high heat. Moderation of these will guarantee a success. Is this helpful?

There was still moisture/water in the mixture (dough). Next time make sure to use the muslin cloth to drain water from the dough
