Just traded in my jeep gladiator for an EMS edition built to serve optioned just like this. I love it so much!

I've been researching this truck A LOT because I want one. What is funny is that if you build a 2022 model on their website, u can add extended fuel, technology package (heads up display with digital rearveiw mirror), that 14" center touch screen, full moon roof, rear bed package, upgraded led lights ALL FOR 60K. Lease for like 300 a month. Absolutely insane. I'm ready to pull trigger if I didn't have shot credit at moment. This is The BEST VALUE I've found out of any truck. When comparing features and gimmicks. For the price.

I purchased a 2023 Ram Built to Serve Edition in Hydro Blue Pearl. I had installed a 3-1/2" suspension lift on it along with BF Goodrich all terrain K02 35" X 11-1/2" tires using the same 20" rims. I also had installed a Bak Flip MX4 tonneau cover, Husky truck bed mat, Husky rear under the seat storage box and an Amp Research side bed step. I love the truck. I do wish it had a larger fuel tank. Otherwise, it looks good and runs great.

I got mine 2022 in Red. Love it so much. I put a 3” BDS Fox 2.0 lift kit and got 34 AT wheels (275/65R20) from Discount Tire. They cost me around $5,000 to make my BTS more off road than the Rebel. The only downside is that my BTS doesn’t come with a 12” screen. But I don’t need it because the CarPlay works very well. Bottom line, the BTS package worths every single penny.

Great review that that helped me pull the trigger on a used one. Funny how they haven't changed almost at all from the 2020 model to now, and are ridiculously more. I got a '20 BTS in the ceramic gray with the 12" screen, 3.92 ratio, wheel liners, bed liner, 5.7 Hemi NON etorque, tow package, and underseat storage. Got it for $36k with only 34k miles, and it's in mint condition. My point, why buy new nowadays? Im saving almost half the cost of a new truck that is optioned less. These inflated prices are ridiculous. Sticker on my truck was just over $53k with all those options, basically loaded out minus the sunroof.

Are those signals on the mirrors smoked/tinted? They look darker than normal.

The Built to serve is my favorite trim. I have yet to see the back country in real life at a dealer.

My 22 F350 XLT crew cab, LB 4x4 7.3L with basically every option cost 62K before taxes

Here's what's strange about the UCONNECT in the BTS. Its the plain ole boring UC5. Its not the one with NAV that has the piano black bezel and the high res backup cam. I guess another $800 for UC5/NAV or the 12 inch (2,000 more) would have not been feasible, since the BTS starts about $60,000. They don't discount them here either.

Build to serve is not for the regular EMS guy $60K 😂 Firefighter paramedics here in Utah that’s half of their income still expensive Work truck = real EMS salaries

I paid 43k for a new 5.9 dodge early 2000s sheesh 🙄 the prices are outrageously expensive nowadays

The Laramies come standard with wheel flares... it's the lower Big Horn trim that doesn't. Part of what makes this package special is because it includes things like that not found on the Big Horn trim that the Built to Serve is based on. Also, that gauge cluster is NOT their top-of-the line... it's the 7" digital, but they have a fully digital 12" version on the 2023s, as well. At $60k, it's an "ok" value, but it's missing some things like the larger center display, leather seating, any kind of bed trim... and even basic trim like wheel liners and simple towing features. And what it does have is mostly because it has the "Big Horn Level 2" trim, not because of the Built to Serve trim. That doesn't give you any of the stuff you were talking about (like heated seating, etc.). Might be worth checking the spec sheet again.

All BTS editions have 3.21 axle ratio. Would be nice if it did have a 3.92.

V6 does not get 22mpg on highway. 17-18 maybe. V8 power is better and same gas mileage.

The etorque is something no one should really want The battery 48volts is like the suitcase behind your rear seats and the problem is it is no longer covered in 80k miles emission warranty but only covered in 36 month basic bumper to bumper warranty which the dealer told me it’s a west and tear item… also have problems I would never consider getting one but only the original hemi

I got a 2001 Dodge Ram, 5 speed manual. I paid $1,800. Anyone else got a V8, 4X4, 5spd manual with real mud tires mounted factory wheels. Nope. My point is this. Save your money folks.

I'm loving the 23 1500 Bighorn Night Edition Quad cab, it has all the things this Built2serve has except the Light group & protection packages, and it was out the door 4 52k. I did have to add side steps but otherwise it was good to go, and here in Minnie, that black flag doesn't represent service, its been co-opted by the far righties or the anti blm crowd, (IMHO)i would be caught with that thing on anything I drove. Stars & Stripes, red white & blue only on my vehicles, peace.
