You can find one at that price, you guys all keep thinking MSRP is the final price and that’s why you can’t get a good deal on cars. Dealers are smart and they know most people don’t know how to negotiate. I’ve never paid at MSRP, I always get my cars several thousands under.

Unfortunately, you can get a fully loaded Frontier or Optioned-out Colorado for that price point. They really dropped the ball with these prices.

Absolutely true. For me personally, I will never buy GM products. They are well know for their junky product. I might consider the Frontier. But Toyota is where the reliability is at so I’d prob pay the extra money.

Useless backseat even by midsized standards, worst in class payload, worst in class towing (not counting the Ridgeline). Not that you would bother towing very far with a 17 gal. tank. Toyota really knocked it out of the park.

That price is what my local Nissan is charging for option-loaded Frontiers, without even choosing the Pro-4X trim. And it's a double-edged sword when talking about the infotainment: the cameras and radio are the most frequently-used options, sure, but it's not a bad choice to have a map display or phone linkup if it keeps the driver from looking down to open their phone back up (I drive a 2014 Cruze, all I have is a crappy radio, so I welcome having a better display by any measure). Side question, but aren't there services that can dampen a tailgate the same way you can get an aftermarket bed liner?

The sr5 is such a downgrade now, in order to keep “refreshing” year after year they kept taking features from the higher trims and giving them to the sr5. You lose the leather wrapped steering wheel, duels zone climate, fully power seat and they went back to the ugly base looking silver wheels instead of the gloss black.

@@user-cy4wx8ry8mthat's the beauty of saving so much money on the ranger you can spend it on an extended warranty out to 150k with the savings. No way you're going to convince me that this turbo taco or any other turbo will not have a chance to run into issues within 150k miles. Plus throw in inflation that warranty is a bargain. Never used to buy the warranty because it seemed like a suckers bet but with how expensive things are getting seems like a wise decision.
