Update In my 3rd year of medicine now. Scaling two of my businesses up, starting the third one. But I've been diagnosed with severe sleep apnoea, which makes me so tired throughout the day that it's hard to get anything done (I'm 22). I had stopped watching these videos for a bit. I'm here after 6 months, I've been hearing this every morning and this helped me to become the best version of myself, I've become physically fit from being skinny, I studied like 3-5 hrs every day and now I can't even believe how much I've covered my syllabus.......I started reading a lot of books and changed my habits completely for the best,.......
