A tip from a 10 year experienced drifter to any newcomer is don't be tempted to increase power until you've truly mastered the art of harnessing momentum. People who skipped the sub 300hp stage will always get shown up by those who can carry speed into a turn.

these videos are truly inspiring. I drive a '87 Nissan S12 that makes about 105hp and i have a passion for drifting but was unsure if i was going to be able to keep my car to do it, seeing him do all this with 90 is so damn inspiring and motivating. keep up the good work.

Love to see the progression you've made, and loved the video! I feel that low hp life aswell, did my first event a couple of weeks ago aswell with a stock ka24 s13 and next to no drifting experience. I just couldn't get the rpms above 5 grand with the lack of power on big wheels. But its crazy how much you can learn on a track day compared to learning on the streets. I filmed most of my runs aswell just to see how id progress, and from barely being able to link corners in the rain at the start I ended up being able to link most corners on the dry track afterwards! Still have a lot to learn though

Keep in mine for next time if you ever need a hose or something and nobody has a spare the closest repco/supercheap is Murray Bridge. I've had to do the same thing. I scrutineered your car at bayside matsuri and I've been following your progress, keep ya head up you're killing it compared to where I was at your stage.
