yeah, after boasting that his neighbours were annoying and there would be no more noise after the construction of the first shed. Plus he probably is working on cars all the time. I wouldn't want Benny as my neighbour.

No, it's not like that for me. We all need to make a little noize from time to time. I'm Very much a live and let live kind of guy. I mean they had to realize that eventually the shed was going to get finished and they just needed to be patient. I really just thought it was funny that his neighbors made buts out of themselves right at the home stretch. Then just a few months later he starts another shed project and from they start they have no idea how long it's going to take and were probably fearing the worst. Fortunately for everyone this time around it was much shorter. @@schmonzo42

Regarding the caulking, look for a product called backer rod for the larger gaps. It's like miniature pool noodles that you stuff in gaps. Also tape can be used for clean lines.

Here straight from the main shed video. It's nearly midnight and I'm just thinking about if you stick four of these sheds on top of the main shed, don't level them and just turn them into spare rooms and people have to be strapped to the beds. It's completely stupid and incredibly expensive but imagine the neighbours little faces light up.... This is now my new favourite channel. Apparently you do things with cars but I reckon sheds are the future. Motorised Sheds. Or you could confuse the neighbours by bricking up their front door and let the hilarity ensue. It helps the weld if you grind the paint off first. Especially with mig. Stick handles the contaminates a little better.

iv never seen a slab that unflat in my life im sure that was the reason the shed had a big ol gap on the floor. still looks mint for sure looking forward to some tig vid you should start with ac so you can build aluminum stuff for your supra.

Another great shed, and another great video! If you plan on doing a lot of welding practice in the new shed, I would highly suggest adding some sort of ventilation fan. Welding in a confined space with little airflow is hard on the body.

You can always use a garage epoxy kit for the floor to seal up the concrete and make it look nice they're not too expensive

Top tip for silicon is get dish soap and water in a spray bottle and spray it after you lay it and it wont stick to anything like your fingers or anything the spray touches

I can’t believe how big your backyard is! I watched you big the first garage that you attached to the house and I thought that was your entire backyard! But come to find out you have another entire lower level to your backyard! You have an amazing backyard! This is like my dream house! A large garage to work on your cars plus another shed (which I would have turned into a woodshop)! You are living the dream mate!

when you do a project like this i find it's usually best to just do new sod after you've killed the grass. we get it for 3.50 a roll (9sqft) over here. Great video I love the surge sheds

While welding those beams make sure you grind back that blue paint to get a proper grounding point for that clamp.

Great work Ben, love your content mate. It’s great to see a young bloke rolling up the selves to give it a crack. Did you get enough footage to smash out a video just on the not so ‘Easy Shed’ build? I also ordered one, I have it at home ready to assemble and haven’t come across a good build demo of one on KZfaq, you should consider one. Keep up the great work legend.

Little tip for welding, remove the paint around the area you’re welding and the paint around the ground clamp.

Quick tip for when you’re doing silicone next, lay down a line and spray it with some quality window cleaner spray (none of that dogwater you can get at the local cornerstore and leaves streaks on the glass) something with high alcohol content, then just use the tool and you won’t have a problem with the silicone sticking to anything else

Benny the reason the welds were coming out so shitty at first is because you didn’t grind the paint off of the metal, if the surface isn’t clean the weld is gonna be contaminated.

best to prep the metal by grinding all the milscale off which will also get rid of the wd40, that'll help a lot with fire and porosity
