48:53 Based on RE3/REVC/gtasa-reversed code, GTA III/VC/SA all have (mostly the same) limits on how many cops can start pursuing the player based on the current wanted level: 1 star = 1 cop with 1 car 2 stars = 3 cops with 2 cars 3 stars = 4 cops with 2 cars 4 stars = 6 cops with 2 cars 5 stars = 8 cops with 3 cars (6 cops with 2 cars in SA) 6 stars = 10 cops with 3 cars All games also have a check so that if a cop is very close to the player, they are forced to pursue & replace the furthest away cop (so long as they're not also very close).

Calling out Josh for getting inside the cheetah had me dying, I can relate to that scenario as a kid doing that mission because I was curious on what would happen if you ignore Maria's pager and get in the car 😂

It's just a joke from the developer, a lot of people see replays as "cheating" so it comes from that
