Three times 24 Hours of Le Mans winner, Benoît Tréluyer takes you on board one of the most incredible supercars made by Ferrari : the Monza SP2. When it came out, it was the Ferrari with the most powerful normally aspirated V12 ever designed by the Italian manufacturer (810 hp). Hence the unique sound that is perfectly reproduced here and which, I have no doubt, will give you goosebumps. A pure petrolhead car ! Embark for an open-air ride... with helmet mandatory, in the most useless and unusable hypercar on the planet. Its only purpose? Having fun. Benoît and I were both spellbound! Here we go...

The car noise is really well captured, both intake and exhaust. I also really appreciate how there isn't music playing over the raw driving scenes. Looking forward to more videos!

Respect for Benoit's self control. I would have binned the car in two corners in search of higher revs. But as he says, the car is too much.... Lovely vid btw. Always cool to see that multiple times Le Mans winners still have the little boy inside. This special kind of excitement is a language all boys who watch these vids understand.

Good job guys. Please don't fall into the same trap as most channels. I'd rather have 2 good videos a month, than 14 a month that are all overlong, full of filler and not that interesting. But you know when someone like Monsieur Treluyer says a car is "not reasonable" you do have to wonder why manufacturers have got into a space race with each other, at the expense of what really matters to most sporty drivers. And even in this 800hp monster. He still wants to drive a sub 500hp F40 more.

Super Video ! L'équilibre entre essaie, discusssions, plan intérieurs et extérieurs est super interessant avec une bonne dynamique dans mes changements de plan ( attention à pas faire trop non plus apres). Le son est super bien capturé, un régal auditif. Si je peux me permettre une remarques, je pense que quelques plans où l'on voit à la fois le volant et la route dans la même image lorsque vous poussez un peu la voiture seraient super sympa, et si vous le faites ne les coupez pas trop, laisser 15/20 secondes que l'on puisse vraiment se rendre compte de comment la voiture se conduit ! Sinon encore bravo, pour des premières video le niveau de realisation et la qualité sont justes incroyables, MERCI !

Merci beaucoup pour votre message et vos encouragements. C'était la première vidéo de la chaine, MA toute première vidéo, et nous avons déjà noté pas mal de choses à améliorer avec l'équipe. Cette voiture est assurément l'une des plus compliquées à filmer et nous allons nous attacher à monter en puissance... Merci pour vos remarques, que nous ne manquerons pas de prendre en considération lors de nos tournages à venir. Quant au son, étant des "petrolhead" obsessionnels, nous avons souhaité lui donner autant d'importance qu'à l'image. Et je suis obligé de reconnaître que je ne suis pas peu fier du résultat ! Put*** qu'il sonne bien ce V12 ! ☺

You can't imagine how happy I am when I read this message. Because to be totally honest, my ambition was to make the videos in English. But Ben and I know each other well and when we were laughing together in English, it didn't sound natural. So we opted for French with proper English subtitles. But we also want to make videos with non-French speaking drivers and then the audio will be in English and the subtitles in French! Otherwise, I promise to do my best with English subtitles! But thanks for your clemency and understanding... The good news is that the sound of an engine is a universal language ! That's the most important thing and that's why we are all here together today!

C'est de la folie furieuse ce machin 😂 Comme le dit si bien Ben, il s'agit vraisemblablement de la voiture la plus inutile et la plus inutilisable de la planète. Mais dans un monde où toute notion de pur plaisir est prohibée, ça fait du bien ! Et puis sincèrement, aucun autre spider ne vaut la Monza ! L'Aston Martin V12 Speedster on dirait une baignoire renversée sur roues et la McLaren Elva a globalement été un flop. Cette caisse est géniale je suis bien d'accord avec vous.
