That's a very good pedal, and probably the most versatile germanium fuzz I've heard. All the pluses and none of the minuses.

Love when you play fuzz pedals. Cool idea with the LEDs regulating temperature. Benson makes some great pedals and amps. Shoutout to Portland!

How do you like it? Just picked one up myself. Took me a while to figure out the controls and get it dialed in to how I like it, but when I did it's unreal.

Can you make a video showing how to use the impedance control with a Non-buffered wah pedal and then try a Buffered wah to compared the two while adjusting the impedance control? Try to get creams white room wah tones

a technical question. Do I get the same functions as the Benson Germanium Boost (green pedal) by setting the Benson germanium fuzz as a clean boost?

I know what my next pedal purchase is going to be . Hows it stack with other overdrives ? I'm pump to run it with my Keeley GEX2 Germanium compressor and overdrive . Use the overdrive side of the Gex2 as a clean boost after the compressor and have it boost this or I saw this being used as a clean boost itself. Pretty virsitle fuzz I take it ?

So if this fuzz was after a wah or vibe would it still cleanup like if it was first in line with the guitar volume knob. Fuzz face are all about the guitar volume cleanup to me. That would be nice to not worry about as much.

Is it me or is that pedal pretty unintrusive? It seems to just warm the pups up with a modicum of transparency (esp. the humbuckers & P90s) while giving them some some real nice edge & bite. I really, really like what it did for those P90s in the Novo. Cool pedal.

@Pauly Walnutz I'm very sensitive to high gain and dislike what I hear as grain and mud. But this sounded very good, not exactly creamy, but with good sustain and clarity.

It's a nice pedal, for sure, but $300 is a tad steep.

It's expensive, but it seems to work as a dirty boost, overdrive, distortion and fuzz if you spend time learning how the controls interact and how the pedal interacts with the volume and tone controls on the guitar. You could spend as much on separate boost, distortion and fuzz pedals quite easily. I can't afford this, but I'd use one.
