Reposting this little video from 10 years ago. A little slice of life, driving around in a Bentley S3 in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia with dear friends Ray and Ted. Both are sadly no longer with us. Ray loved his car and used to say "Every time I stop at a light, women try to jump in the car...trouble is, they are all over 85 and I've only got room for one walker in the trunk." Ted was an accomplished jazz piano player and performed up until the time his fingers no longer worked. They were full of stories, humor, and deep kindness. God really broke the mold when he made these two.

1952 Bentley S3 Continental Flying Spur by Mulliner Park Ward -- This 1952 Bentley S3 Continental is one of 100 saloons produced, with an alloy coachwork by H. J. Mulliner and fewer than along 30 configured with right-hand-drive. The car delivered new to Kenney Construction Company in Nova Scotia on August 1, 1952 and was later imported to the US and refurbished in the early 1970s. It reportedly spent many years in my collection of Kuwait royalty owner between 1998 and 2010, and was acquired by the selling dealer in October 2017. Finished in Tudor Grey over a black leather, the car is powered by a 9.1-liter V8 paired with a Allison four speed automatic transmission, and additional features a twin SU carburetors, power-assisted drum brakes, power windows, and a Sonistar radio. This S3 Flying Spur is offered with service records in UAE in 1988 and a clean Texas title.
