Warning for patients with IBS (constipation or diarrhea): 2 tsp clay in one glass of water may make you constipated which will be very painful. It is too much clay. Even 1 tsp may be too much! Better start low than to suffer from pain. (Speaking from experience.)

Montmorilionite clay is the bentonite you want. You can purchase it pre-made in a large bottle one months worth. Always use purified water. Sonne brand and Yerba Prima are good brands. I used them, but now want to make my own.

I mix bentonite clay w/cashew milk for a mask. Wonderful results for attaining softer skin. I got tired of mixing with apple cider vinegar because of the strong smell. Cashew Milk is rich in copper and boosts collagen production which helps skin look smooth and youthful. How the copper and bentonite interact is anyone’s guess. Works great for my face as people have complimented my skin.

I put slices in the freezer and ge if I have a cut or pimple I just take a little piece and hold it on my skin til it starts to thaw and then I can let go and it will just stay there!! THANL YOU for the tips. I just discovered this clay...... i didn’t know about not using metal to mix it. Thank you!!

You have to let the clay absorb water, for 10-20 minutes, BEFORE you drink it, because it expands as it absorbs moisture! You do NOT want it to expand when it is already in your digestive tract. It will cause constipation! Moreover, 2 teaspoons is too much for drinking purposes. One is enough. ALWAYS(!) let the clay to expand for up to a half an hour, or more, in your glass, or it will expand in your gut! And that is not enjoyable.

Correct! Put water in a glass and drop in the teaspoon of clay and don't stir. I leave mine overnight then stir quickly with a plastic or wooden spoon in the morning and drink it. Don't take any food for at least an hour afterwards as the clay will still be working in your system and draw nutrients from your food. Hope this helps.

I am an advocate of clay. One caution, though, if your sewer is a septic tank/leach field system: Doing regular clay baths can eventually clog your leach field system. Clay is used for the sealing of the bottom of ponds (so the water doesn't leak into the ground). Enough clay baths and your septic tank may start overflowing after awhile. The remedy requires replacing the leach field. An expensive fix! (Ask me how I know.....) 😭🤑

Thank you for the recipes. I use geranium oil on my dog, twice a week during spring & summer keeps ticks & fleas away. It aslo makes her smell lovely & clean. Much better than toxic bravecto or spot on poisons like "frontline". Which is exactly the same pesticide as those inside cockroach baits! From memory its- "Imidacloprid".

Agreed! Those flea and tick drops are so toxic! They always made my dog sick.. any kind. So I started using natural alternatives. Like ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) with essential oils as a wash & rinse. Before I started using ACV, I would use Diatomaceous Earth. Either one works great or both if you need to!
@beepassionate
@beepassionate 3 ай бұрын
Imidacloprid is from the chemical family of neonicotinoids. These are systemic pesticides which means within 10 minutes of being put on a plant's leaf it is in the stem, roots, flowers, etc, in other words it saturates the plant. All sugar beets used to be coated in imidaclprid. It is used in parts per billion in water which tells you how toxic this crap is. Many non GMO seeds are coated in it, especially carrots. Also imidacloprid has a two year life in soil so if a crop had this pesticide on it and a different crop was planted there the next year that crop has imidacloprid in it. Plus it is water soluble so if it is in one farmers crop, all wells downstream will likely get it after a heavy rain fall. It and clothinidin, another neonicotinoid, are the reason the disappearance of the bees. Blessings

You are using a toxic level of oils// also the calcium bentonite clay pulls out the good and the bad and it's also going to take away from the effect of anything else you put into the tub so actually even though you are putting high levels of aromatherapy oils into the tub ((toxic levels)) the calcium bentonite clay is counteracting what you've just done by absorbing all that gunk.....

Why not put clay on the red bumps on your skin? I had a similar reaction at first as well when drinking Zeolite for a few months (removing mycotoxins from mold exposure) and eventually the skin calmed down. I also found using a NIR Sauna helped a *lot* with the skin breakouts. Those nasty things inside me were what was causing my skin to break out, so I'm still taking Zeolite daily to gradually remove them for good.

Coconut oil is better than water. Watch out if you have Mercury fillings which you didn't mention.

I drink 16oz of warm water with 2 tbsps of organic apple cider vinegar, plus 2 tbsps of freshly squeezed organic lemons, plus, a little baking soda, plus some organic raw honey every morning at least an hour before breakfast. Can I drink this sodium bentonite clay at nights instead of mornings? Or should I add this clay to my morning tonic? I have been working for a major carrier since 1990 as an International Flight Attendant, so I want to rid my body of radiation. Thanks for your video. By the way, do NOT forget to mention that these essential oils HAS TO BE ORGANIC, otherwise you are putting toxins back into your body!!!!
