Take "compatible with all speakers since 1983" with a pinch of salt. I have a Theatre / TV with 2 Beolab 28s and wanted to connect my trusty old 6000s with BO's proprietary wisa WiFi adapter, which I was told is plug and play.. .. It isn't. Right now the software does not allow you to connect older speakers wirelessly to the system. I am told it will be fixed in the next update. Disappointing, for I bought the theatre in part for being able to wirelessly connect my old speakers. The present software is buggy. Can randomly switch between hdmi inputs or turn off if you use apple tv, Google TV or a set top box. When it works it is a great sound experience, but it still has a lot of bugs to iron out.

AVOID this company! I spent $400 on the Beoplay EX, & the foam eartips have FALLEN APART shortly after. B&O is REFUSING to fix it, instead insisting I BUY a replacement set for $25 +tax +shipping. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service & they REFUSE to stand behind their products!
